Free Shipping

We currently only deliver to addresses in the Continental US and are unable to deliver to Hawaii or Alaska. All products purchased receive Free Standard Shipping.

Shipping time

  • 5-7 business days from the date of purchase


  • Order are processed in 1-2 days (Mon. - Fri.)
  • Tracking info will note the FedEx/UPS location; this is not the warehouse your package originates.


  • Package is scanned at the FedEx/UPS center
  • Tracking Status will update
  • And delivery to your address will be scheduled

Tracking status will remain pending until it arrives at the regional center on your shipping label. Your package will be on route during this time, but status will not updates. Our customer service is standing by, but please wait for timely updates.

Order can be canceled for within 24 hours of your purchase. Please email customer support to cancel your order.

Requests after an order is processed will not be eligible for cancellation.

Replacement & Returns

We are unable to accept returns at this time.

If your product is malfunctioning, defective, or damaged in shipping, we will replace your product according to our 1-Year Extended Guarantee below.

Replacement parts are available for purchase up request.
